Álava plans to increase its supply of logistics land thanks to an expansion of Arasur of around 500,000 m2.

The Arasur industrial park, the largest logistics platform in the North of the country, is over 94% occupied. In order to continue fulfilling the demands of companies wishing to operate in the Rivabellosa facilities, an approximately 500,000 m2 expansion to the east is being planned.

This expansion would allow for XXL plots (over 100,000 m2) to be included in Álava’s logistics catalog. The Chamber of Commerce of Álava has been advocating for these large plots for years, which are often sought after by large companies.”
